Were the Pulp Fiction bullet holes already there?

In "the Bonnie Situation" just before dude fires 6 shots at Vincent and Jules, if u look over their shoulders, the bullet holes are already there. Was that done intentionally?
Thanks, Glen

The term "pulp fiction" refers to a literary genre used to describe magazines printed on cheap "pulp" paper in the first half of the 20th century.
Before the days of TV, pulps were how young adults learned about popular culture and the criminal underworld. Stories were often grossly exaggerated and explicit for the times. It is this energy of the genre that Tarantino is trying to exhibit in the film Pulp Fiction, the same way he exhibits his love for the film genre grindhouse in the 2007 film of the same name (also shown separately as Death Proof).
He is talking on the phone to Mr. Wallace. It's pretty early in the morning, he is well dressed, apparently in a hotel room. There are lots of other people there, all well dressed, even children. Does anyone know what is going on in the background in this scene?
First time in LA, I was hoping the restaurant in the movie with the amazing $5 milk shake is somewhere near Los Angeles. No idea what its called, is it even real?
Thanks!

After seeing the movie in theaters last night, my friend and I are having a disagreement. Is Uma [Mia Wallace] wearing a wig, or is it a cut and dye?
Thanks!
